Casa Serendidad

The Casa Serenidad (Serenity House) Program provides housing assistance for a one year period to homeless individuals diagnosed with HIV/AIDS.

Program Requirements:

Individual must be chronically homeless which means they need a history of homelessness over a period of time. Individual must be eligible to receive Social Security entitlement benefits. Client contributes 30% of their income to the rent. Please contact office for forms, application and details.
