offers a wide variety of crisis intervention programs for multiple needs. Please
call for additional information.
Food Pantry
The food pantry is open every Thursday at 26 West Park Avenue in Long Beach, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. Individuals can receive bags of food according to their need and household size. Please call to confirm food is available. Identification is needed.
FEMA
The FEMA program provides assistance to individuals/families with rent, utilities and food vouchers. Financial assistance can cover one month's rent. Please call the Long Beach office at 26 West Park Avenue for specific details about how to qualify. Cases are reviewed on an individual basis and documentation is required.
Casa Salva
Casa Salva provides temporary housing to homeless survivors of victimes of domestic violence and their families fleeing from abusive relationships. The program assists individuals secure housing and provides a rent subsidy for 12 months.Salva: (click here for complete details)

Domestic Violence Hotline
The Salva Domestic Violence Hotline provides
domestic violence support services to victims of domestic violence and concerned
others including
friends of
victims and community professionals. The hotline provides education
about domestic
violence support services, crisis intervention and referrals for
